Gracie Hock, an 黑料大事记 general business freshman, scored 100% in the Microsoft Word Associate certification exam required for Angela Chittick鈥檚 Business Computer Systems class.

鈥淚n all my years, I鈥檝e never seen anyone get a perfect score,鈥� Chittick said. 鈥淚t鈥檚 an incredible achievement.鈥�

Students must demonstrate foundational skills in creating, formatting and managing documents including references, custom styles, forms, macros and collaboration tools to create professional-grade reports, proposals and publications.

Hock said she completed assignments in class to learn about the certification and took a couple practice tests. 鈥淚 aced it, I guess,鈥� she said. Her advice to other students preparing for the test is to study and be confident.

The Bertrand native is the North Platte Community College volleyball program student manager and hopes to start her own wedding photography and invitation designing business in the future.
